Technical questions

You can place an order directly from our website: choose the products you are interested in, add them to your cart and follow the instructions to complete the purchase in a few simple steps.

We accept several payment methods, including credit cards, Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer and cash on delivery (for orders from Italy). All electronic payments are secure and encrypted.

Delivery times vary based on destination and product availability. Generally, shipping occurs within 24/48 working hours from order confirmation.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can change or cancel it by contacting our customer service. We recommend that you do so as soon as possible.

You can contact us by phone, email, Whatsapp or on our social media. We are available from Monday to Friday at the following times: 9.00-13.00 and 14.00-18.00.

Consultations

The minimum recommended dose is 2 g per day, divided in 2 doses. In prevention or maintenance phase, 1 g per day may be sufficient.

There is no maximum dose since the ingredients of the product do not accumulate in the body and have no side effects.

Ausilium 20PLUS is a food supplement formulated to combat cystitis and its symptoms by acting against both the bacterial presence and the inflammatory component. There are no maximum doses since the ingredients of the product do not accumulate in the body and do not cause side effects.

For these reasons, the dosage varies according to the bacterial load and the intensity of the symptoms. Therefore, it is recommended:

  • 1 sachet, 1 to 2 times a day, in the prevention/maintenance phase.
  • 1 sachet, 3 to 4 times a day (or more if necessary), in the acute phase.

Ausilium 20PLUS and Ausilium Forte are two similar and, in some cases, interchangeable references.

Below you will find some elements that will allow you to choose the reference that best suits your case.

The points in common:

  • both Ausilium 20PLUS and Ausilium Forte contain Morinda citrifolia, in the same proportions.

This active ingredient is of great importance for its anti-inflammatory, soothing, re-epithelializing and immunostimulating action. It acts on the bladder mucosa by reducing painful symptoms related to inflammation and stimulating physiological immune defenses.

  • both Ausilium 20PLUS and Ausilium Forte contain 1000 mg (1 gram) of D-Mannose per dose (1 sachet of Ausilium 20PLUS and 1 measuring cup of Ausilium Forte).

    The intake of 1 gram of D-Mannose per dose has proven to be the most useful and effective measure both in prevention and in the face of an acute episode, during which the bacterial concentration requires a higher intake of D-Mannose.

Deakos was the first company to develop a supplement with D-Mannose in 2007. It has been able to determine the correct dosage of D-Mannose, reporting on the scientific studies conducted and published, thanks to the clinical experience and tests conducted on this molecule. To this we must add the continuous opinions of medical professionals, public and private health centers that use our products and the experiences of our customers.

The differences:

  • the alkalinizing active ingredient contained in Ausilium 20PLUS (potassium bicarbonate) is different from that contained in Ausilium Forte (calcium glycerophosphate) due to the same efficacy of action on urinary pH control and the possibility of taking both in cases of hypertension.
  • Ausilium Forte contains a natural neuromodulatory active ingredient with a beneficial effect on urinary frequency and urgency.
  • Ausilium Forte contains a natural muscle relaxant active ingredient (magnesium oxide) for a beneficial action on pain related to pelvic contracture.
  • Ausilium 20PLUS comes in sachets, a format that allows it to be taken everywhere, to ensure that it is taken as soon as possible after the first symptoms of cystitis. This is essential as fast action is a decisive factor in resolving cystitis.
  • Ausilium Forte is available in 150 g or 300 g jar (with measuring spoon) and therefore offers excellent value for money.
  • the dosage of Ausilium Forte can be “tailor-made” according to the symptoms. One measure (3000 mg of product) provides 1000 mg of D-Mannose, but intake can be modulated by halving it in the maintenance phase or in the absence of pain symptoms.

Ausilium NAC is a ready-to-use food supplement that can be taken pure or diluted in half a glass of water. It is recommended to take it on an empty stomach. After taking it, wait one hour before eating, drinking or urinating.

To optimize the action of the active ingredients contained in Ausilium food supplements, it is advisable to follow a few tips to facilitate their arrival and concentration in the bladder:

  • urinate before taking them
  • ideally, the intake should take place away from meals, i.e. one hour before or at least 2 hours after the last meal.
  • after ingestion wait 1 hour before drinking, eating and urinating
  • it is recommended to urinate 1 hour after ingestion even in the absence of stimulus.

It is essential to point out that D-Mannose, as well as the other active ingredients contained in Ausilium NAC and Ausilium 20PLUS, are substances of natural origin that do not accumulate in the body. They are eliminated in the urine within a few hours after taking the product. For this reason, too long an interval between two intakes of Ausilium leads to the disappearance and total absence of the active ingredients in the urinary tract and, therefore, to a total lack of preventive coverage.

It is therefore recommended to distribute the intake of these food supplements correctly throughout the day, spacing them between 2 and 8 hours, depending on the organizational possibilities and the dosage schedule to be followed in order to ensure a constant presence of the active ingredients in the bladder and, therefore, a continuous and uninterrupted prevention.

Ausilium Forte is available in jars of:

  • 150 g with green apple or blond caramel flavoring for a total of 50 doses
  • 300 g without green apple or green apple flavoring for a total of 100 doses.

Inside the package of Ausilium Forte (150 g or 300 g) you will always find a dosing spoon. It may happen that this dosing spoon is at the bottom of the bottle, covered by the product. To find it, you can use the tip of a clean knife to bring it to the surface of the powder.

No, the products of our urogynecology line are formulated with natural active ingredients that do not affect the result of urinalysis.

Ausilium Flora is a product registered with the Ministry of Health as a food supplement (oral use). However, its formulation makes it a perfectly versatile and safe product, to the point that some doctors suggest its local use.  

In case of intravaginal application, it is recommended to insert the capsule (lubricated with Ausilium Crema, Ausilium Gel or a traditional water-based lubricant) at night before going to bed.

D-MannOro is an orosoluble food supplement (sublingual powder) with D-Mannose (1g). These characteristics make it an extremely convenient product because it can be taken at any time of the day:

  • extremely practical because it can be taken at any time of the day, without water
  • very fast acting, as the orosoluble formulation allows the D-Mannose to reach the bladder more quickly.

D-MannOro is particularly indicated

  • in case of postcoital cystitis: it should be taken immediately after sexual intercourse.
  • in case of diarrhea, intestinal fragility or irritable bowel syndrome
  • in case of urinary tract infections caused by basophilic bacteria such as Pseudomonas or Proteus.

It is also interesting for people suffering from chronic urinary tract infections who, knowing well the “signs” of an early acute cystitis, can act immediately with D-MannOro to quickly reduce the bacterial load and thus effectively reduce the duration and intensity of the episode.

Ausilium Crema is an intimate cream that can be applied on external and internal mucous membranes (depending on the needs) and whose formulation is compatible with its use during sexual intercourse (protected and unprotected).

The cream can be applied

  • in depth with the applicators, which are sold separately on the website and are compatible with the tube format (although it can also be used with the airless format).
  • on the vulvar and vestibular mucosa with the fingers.

Ausilium pH4 and Ausilium Mousse are two intimate hygiene products that can be used daily for extended periods of time.

Their formulas have the following in common:

  • pH adapted to the mucous membranes
  • absence of irritating or aggressive/inflammatory substances
  • soothing and emollient properties
  • composition suitable for repeated use, preserving and promoting the natural hydration of the mucous membranes and the balance of the vulvovaginal flora.

Although they are completely interchangeable, the indications for use of these intimate soaps are:

  • for external use only and with thorough rinsing
  • in case of acute or ongoing latent infection (bacterial or fungal) and/or inflammation for Ausilium Mousse

Ausilium Crema and Ausilium Gel are two products that have common features but also important formulation differences that give them different indications for use.

Their common features:

  • presence of D-Mannose in the product composition

This active ingredient, applied locally, guarantees effective prevention of bacterial migration from the perineum to the urinary tract, thus ensuring a preventive effect against "ascending" urinary tract infections.

  • presence of hyaluronic acid

This active ingredient, present in significantly higher quantities in Ausilium Gel, gives both products a moisturizing action on the mucous membranes and promotes tissue trophism.

Its differences

AUSILIUM CREMA

has the following properties:

  • Moisturizing
  • anti-inflammatory, soothing, and emollient
  • repairing: promotes trophism and re-epithelialization of tissues and mucous membranes
  • Lubricating
  • compatible with all types of condoms

Useful and indicated in cases of:

- dryness, itching, burning, redness, mucosal atrophy

  • vaginitis, irritation, mucosal inflammation
  • dysbiosis of the physiological flora
  • sexual intercourse
  • postcoital cystitis
  • menopausal cystitis

AUSILIUM GEL

has the following properties:

  • Lubricating
  • Moisturizing
  • compatible with all types of condoms

Useful and indicated in cases of:

  • sexual intercourse
  • postcoital cystitis
  • menopausal cystitis

The consumer has the right, within a period of 10 days after receipt of the goods, to exercise the right of withdrawal. This right consists of the right to return the purchased goods to the seller, and the resulting refund relative to the purchase price, meaning the net amount paid for the goods excluding additional expenses such as packaging, labor, transportation.

In particular, the consumer who intends to make use of the right of withdrawal must send appropriate notice to the store within 10 days from the date of receipt of the Products. The notice of withdrawal must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by telegram, telex or telefax confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours to the address of the store.

The consumer must also return the undamaged products to the store in question, to the address declared by the latter, within ten days from the date of receipt of the products together with a photocopy of the invoice. Shipping costs shall be borne by the consumer. Within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned products, the company concerned shall reimburse the consumer for the sums already paid, excluding incidental costs (packaging, labor, transport). The right of withdrawal will only be approved if the original packaging has not been opened and no label certifying the integrity of the product has been removed or damaged.

Make sure you have the following data ready:

  • original invoice or accompanying document (showing the order and invoice number and customer number).
  • In case of partial withdrawal, item code(s), serial number.
  • bank details for the transfer (ABI - CAB - Current Account of the invoice holder).

If you would like an invoice, please provide us with your personal or company number.

On request, we can also send you a pro-forma invoice (not valid as a tax document, but justifying the purchase).

Questions about logistics

Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after payment (business days).

We work in partnership with DHL, which is responsible for delivering packages to our customers and guarantees delivery within 48 hours (working days) of shipment. When DHL picks up the package, a message (email or SMS) is sent with a link to their logistics platform, from which you can interact directly and autonomously with them. This platform offers in particular the following services: tracking the progress of purchases, choice of delivery date, modification of the delivery address, choice of a delivery point

We do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible, asking our customers to contribute only partially.
