General Terms and Conditions and Shipping Times

The relationship of mutual trust that Deakos wants to establish with its customers is even more evident at the time of direct sales. This is done either by telephone with exhaustive explanations on the use and possible posology of the product or through the online store. In both cases the conditions listed below apply:

• Order fulfillment takes place within 24/48 working hours after receipt.
• Shipping is by express courier with a delivery time of 24/48 hours.
• Payments must be made through the channel agreed upon during purchase and using the following coordinates: Credit Card, PayPal, Stripe, Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer.
• Any order discrepancies detected on delivery should be reported as soon as possible so that actions can be agreed upon to smooth them out.
• The conditions listed above apply exclusively to orders with delivery in the European Union (including the Republic of San Marino).
• Orders with delivery to other countries can and should be arranged directly by phone.
